Job Purpose:
The job purpose of Maintenance Clerk is to support the maintenance department by handling administrative and logistical tasks that ensure smooth operationsJob Responsibilities:
● Maintain and organize maintenance records, including work orders, purchase orders, and equipment histories.● Schedule maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, and communicating with other departments.
● Ensure that maintenance activities adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards.
● Track and manage spare parts and supplies.
● Provide support regarding maintenance requests and inquiries.
● Assist with various administrative duties including tracking when a machine was last serviced, scheduling upcoming service appointments, ordering necessary parts, and updating the maintenance database with current service information.

- Compliance: Ensuring that maintenance activities adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Tracking and managing spare parts and supplies.
- Customer Service: Providing support regarding maintenance requests and inquiries.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Assisting with various administrative duties within the maintenance department. This may include responsibilities such as tracking when a machine was last serviced, scheduling upcoming service appointments, ordering necessary parts, and updating the maintenance database with current service information.
- Administrative and clerical skills: Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and general office procedures.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance personnel, vendors, and other employees.
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain organized records and working area.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for record keeping and communication.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures: Understanding of basic maintenance principles and terminology is helpful.
- Pay range is $20-$25/hr.
Work Experience:
● 1-3 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.Education:
