We’re growing and looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with a strong clinical team while supporting cases in person alongside our remote BCBAs.
This role is designed to provide in-person clinical support for cases that are primarily overseen by remote BCBAs. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure high-quality services for our clients while helping technicians and families feel supported on the ground.
What the role looks like
• Provide in-person clinical support for cases overseen by remote BCBAs
• Conduct monthly in-person client check-ins
• Collaborate with remote BCBAs to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively
• Provide modeling and coaching for technicians when needed
• Support families and maintain strong relationships with caregivers
• Assist with assessments or treatment plan updates when appropriate
• Help maintain strong clinical standards across services
Requirements
• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland LBA (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide in-person support when needed
