We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our People Ops Department. This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you’ll do more than just fill seats; you’ll be a culture champion, a talent scout, and a key driver of HR excellence. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our team.

In this role, you'll perform the following tasks: 

·         Manage full-cycle recruiting across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and UKG.  

·         Source and engage high-quality candidates through proactive outreach and networking.  

·         Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align on hiring needs.  

·         Conduct candidate screenings (phone, video, in-person) to assess skills and culture fit.  

·         Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. 

·         Support pre-employment processes (offer letters, background checks, onboarding coordination).  

·         Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.  

·         Identify creative sourcing strategies and stay ahead of recruiting trends.  

·         Represent Controlled Holdings at career fairs and community events. 

·         Ensure a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.  

·         Maintain accurate data in HR systems (UKG, Absorb LMS).  

·         Deliver a “white-glove” candidate and stakeholder experience at every touchpoint.
