We’re looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team and help deliver high-quality construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of precision in every pour, level, and finish.

Requirements

• Place, level, and finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, curbs, foundations, and other structures

• Set forms, install rebar or wire mesh, and prepare surfaces for concrete placement

• Operate finishing tools and equipment such as trowels, screeds, floats, and power tools

• Smooth, texture, and cure concrete according to project specifications

• Repair and patch existing concrete surfaces as needed

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project instructions

• Ensure work meets safety standards and quality expectations

• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.

   

  Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role

  • Strong understanding of concrete properties, curing techniques, and finishing methods

  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Physical stamina to lift, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
