Description

Systems Administrator I (NMCI Service Representative)

Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in computer related field or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional certification for years of experience per CSWF certification requirements.

Minimum Experience: Three (3) years’ experience interfacing with business IT users. An individual shall have experience with IT service desk workflows and supporting applications, including ticket management tools. Experience in asset management, logistics, and asset distribution is a plus.


Applicant must be a US citizen,  hold an active DoD Secret security clearance, and have a minimum IAT Level I certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) or Security+.
