Requirements

  • Experience as an automotive technician and GM training required
  • Solid mechanical skills
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Great customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Routine inspections and maintenance
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues on vehicles
  • Full automotive troubleshooting and testing
  • Building upon your knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment
  • Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions, in order to stay knowledgeable with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
  • Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
