Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven New Business Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong prospecting skills and a consultative approach to solving client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present products and services in a compelling, tailored manner
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Establish strong relationships with new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client implementation and satisfaction
- Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred:
