Job Title: Substitute Special Education Aide
Location: Knoch School District
Employment Type: Part-Time, As Needed 

 

Position Summary

 

The Knoch School District is currently accepting applications for part-time Substitute Special Education Aides to provide coverage in classrooms as needed. This position supports students with special needs by assisting with instructional activities and student support under the direction of certified staff.

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).


• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a special education setting, is helpful but not required.


• Ability to assist students with daily activities, academic tasks, and social interactions.


• Patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow directions effectively.


• Must successfully obtain Act 24, Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 clearances. 

Compensation

• $12.00 per hour
