At Bridgeview Eye Partners, we are searching for a Patient Support Specialist who is ready to step in, support our teams, and help deliver exceptional care across our Central Indiana practices.

This is not your typical job. This is a dynamic, traveling role where you become a trusted support partner to our practices. You will bring consistency, positiveness, and reliability wherever you go, helping both patients and staff feel confident and cared for.

No medical experience? That is completely okay. We provide hands-on training, dedicated trainers, and mentorship so you can build your skills and succeed with confidence.

Location: Columbus/Shelbyville area


Wage: $17.00-$18.00 per hour based on knowledge, skills, and experience

  • Step into different practices and provide support where it is needed most
  • Learn and assist in key areas including patient services, clinic, and optical
  • Build strong relationships with doctors and team members across multiple locations
  • Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous optometry experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment

  • This is a traveling position supporting multiple practices in Central Indiana
  • The role involves primarily seated work along with frequent communication with patients and team members
  • Clear vision and attention to detail are important to ensure accuracy and quality in your work
