Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting with routine maintenance and repairs of building systems, equipment, and grounds

• Performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks

• Conducting daily safety checks and responding to maintenance requests Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards

• Supporting emergency maintenance needs as required

• Other duties as assigned

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tools and procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
