The Site Supervisor I will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of Site and the oversight of a team during the shift. Responsibilities will include all aspects of daily leadership, operational productivity, safety, shift planning, and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise the work activities of Team Members within his/her area
Inspect completed work for conformance to standards
Communicate day to day job-site objectives to team members using the appropriate programs and tools
Train and develop team members within the work team, through the management of training calendar and curriculum
Engage in coaching for the development of team members
Provide input into appropriate discipline decisions related to team members
Provide input to the team members on performance appraisals and make recommendations on promotion of team members in his/her area
Supervisors train, coach, and develop team members to ensure customers receive excellent service and that team members are engaged in cleaning and maintaining the premises
Ensure that time keeping requirements are lawfully upheld during shift
Additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Required
Two to four years of management experience
Ability to multi-task an effectively prioritize workload.
Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
