Under the supervision Production/Planning Control Manager. The Production Control function is a responsibility of the Public Works (PW) In-house Contractor. It consists of establishing and tracking all requests for Real Property Maintenance Activities (RPMA) work or non-real plant property services from initiation through physical and financial completion and maintaining active and historical workload records in the Governments System of Record GFEBS.
Responsibilities

- Receive after hour inbound work order requests via phone.
- Document and create DMO and OWO service orders in GFEBS.
- Dispatch shop technicians for all Priority 1 service orders.
- Scan documents for upload into GFEBS
- File completed job cards daily
- Price materials for all completed DMO, PMO, OWO and PWO job cards submitted by the O&M shops.
- Maintain after hours requests via ARMA and the Public Works email.
- Other duties assigned the Production/Planning Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Must provide a copy of diploma.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be able to obtain GFEBS certifications 30 days after CAC submittal.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Production Control or clerical support
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, documents, technical manuals, and other job-related materials.
- A solid background in automated data systems and automated data system input.
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
