Want to bring the World The Last True Chicken Sandwich? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to contribute to the growth and success of Super Chix as we build our brand. Our ideal store leader will have a strong background in food service and team management. This role requires hands-on leadership and high expectations to teach and deliver Authentic Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Maintain a positive attitude and inspire the team to deliver excellent service and uphold Super Chix standards.
• Shift Management: Supervise daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and delegating tasks.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives top-notch service and a memorable dining experience.
• Team Support: Coach and train team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns or operational challenges calmly and effectively.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
