Senior Recruitment Manager – Business Support


Reading | Office‑based (Driving required)
Up to £50,000 with car allowance plus uncapped bonus


Reed is hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our Business Support specialism in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management, or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, high‑billing desk.

Business Support is a core, commercially strong area for Reed in Reading, with long‑standing clients, consistent demand and real scope for further growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Running a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support

  • Managing and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants

  • Growing market share across Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham and Maidenhead

  • Building strong client relationships and winning new business

  • Driving performance, quality and profitability

  • Leading by example and championing Reed’s values

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter (Business Support or similar commercial specialism preferred)

  • Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership

  • Strong sales drive, resilience and commercial focus

  • A hands‑on, motivating approach to coaching and developing others
