Taking responsibility for an impressive portfolio of major accounts, you will devise and implement robust tailored strategies that facilitate the highest quality solutions and enhance our customer partnership development. In addition you will also focus ondeveloping new strategic customers that contribute to the organization's growth and results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Devise and implement effective strategies for each customer that meet and surpass customer needs and expectations to assist the growth of long term partnerships.
  • Develop new strategic customers that contribute to the organization's growth and results, as well as maintaining relationships and developing new business with selected strategic existing customers.
  • You will be responsible for managing customer procurements in a professional manner and for finding solutions and pricing for new and existing customer
  • Work closely with purchasing and product managers to establish pricing policies, be able to work with large tender requests, and set prices based on sound market knowledge.
  • Evaluate potential marketing requirements and propose marketing tools that could enhance revenue potential for the Key Account portfolio.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
