Core Responsibilities:

  • Responding to maintenance requests and handling any necessary repairs in a timely manner.
  • Performing inspections and routine maintenance on fixtures and equipment, including light electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and grounds work.
  • Keeping appropriate documentation of equipment inspections, problems and repairs.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience with building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, etc.) is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. 
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and complete task lists with efficiency.
  • Physical strength, dexterity and stamina to lift and maneuver around equipment, and walk or stand for extended periods.
  • OSHA 10 training is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
