Job Duties:
Be Flexible Within Your Work Schedule -
Team Player
Follow All Hotel Policies in Regards to
Procedure, Safety, Etc
Handle Money Transactions in the Form Of
Cash, Credit Card, Check and Gift Card
Handle Reservations - Check in/out, New
Reservations, Modify Existing
Answer Guest Inquiries via Phone, Email
and Chat
Communicate Room Status and Guest's
Requests to Appropriate Departments
Be Knowledgeable About the Brand You
Represent
Enroll Guests in Brand Loyalty Program
Maintain a High Level of Cleanliness
Within Work Area
Enter and Maintain Guest Lost and Found
Items Per Hotel Policy
Greet Guests and Conduct Yourself in a
Professional Manner at All Times
Availability
Must be able to work 7am-3pm and 3pm -
11pm shifts, additional plus if available for 11pm - 7am.
