Job Description

At The Loren, we believe hospitality is more than service; it's a calling to inspire, elevate, and leave the world better than we found it. We believe in creating more than just exceptional hotels, residences, and restaurants, we build experiences that celebrate culture, beauty, community, and conservation.

As part of our team, you’ll help shape a world where guests and colleagues alike feel connected: to nature, to each other, and to themselves. Together, we strive to leave a lasting legacy, ensuring that what we do today positively impacts the generations of tomorrow.

We are seeking a Bartender who embodies our commitment to exceptional, luxury hospitality: a confident, personable, and guest-centric professional who understands that every interaction at the bar shapes the overall guest experience. Our reputation is defined not only by the quality of our offerings, but by the atmosphere, warmth, and memorable moments we create for each guest, every day, every time.

The Bartender/Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision, creativity, and efficiency across the Bar, Lounge, and Restaurant environments. This role requires strong product knowledge, the ability to craft both classic and innovative cocktails, and a keen understanding of guest preferences and expectations. Through engaging service, attention to detail, and consistent professionalism, the Bartender contributes directly to guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and the elevated standards expected within a luxury hospitality setting.
