Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hatch team member for our Hatchery 1 location in Oakwood. 

SHIFT HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with a rotating weekend from 1:30pm-7:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE:  $16.80 (plus a .75 cent weekend shift premium) with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position.  Job functions include:

• Washing Hatcher Baskets and Hatchers - must be comfortable working in wet environment and on and around scaffolding
• Transferring eggs from incubators to Hatchers
• Egg Sets - counting, sorting, organizing the eggs to prepare them to go into the incubators.
