Position Duties

The Summer Recreation Aid oversees a variety of evening sports and recreation programs, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants and spectators. This role provides on-site support to program staff, coaches, and officials, helping them carry out activities effectively and in alignment with departmental standards. | |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: | |
Key responsibilities include monitoring program areas for safety, enforcing facility and league rules, responding to incidents or concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The position also manages schedules, coordinates game or activity logistics, and communicates updates to staff, officials, and participants as needed.
