POSITION SUMMARY
- Provide administrative support for the assigned Talent & Culture department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Coordinate FMLA and employee leaves including but not limited to, distribution, maintaining and tracking all FMLA leaves and related records
- Process qualifying event benefit changes in SAP
- Follow up and maintain new employee benefit enrollment and dependent documentation
- Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding
- Complete reports for Verification of Employment and I-9’s
- Respond and process unemployment claims
- Coordinate employee benefit meetings, including but not limited to, annual Open Enrollment meetings, 401(k) meetings, wellness meetings and Health Fair
- Administer employee Recognition Program and Service Awards
- Administer attendance warnings for all hourly employees
- Coordinate, schedule and track training participation
- Other duties as assigned
