Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:  Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal qualities necessary to work with administrators, teachers, and the public. Under the immediate supervision of the Principal, Assistant Principal, or designee, the Attendance Secretary is responsible for clerical work involved in accurately maintaining student attendance records and assisting students, parents, and teachers in all matters related to student attendance.  Handling confidential and sensitive material with discretion, and other duties as assigned by administration.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:


Effective Date:  2026-2027 School Year


       Schedule:  10 months / 190-day contract


           Salary:  Commensurate with qualifications and experience
