Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our Outpatient Pediatric therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced pediatric therapists in a collaborative environment with strong interdisciplinary support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.
Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.
Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.
Engage in staff meetings, advanced practice teams, and shared governance to help drive best practice and clinical excellence.
Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Speech Pathology Program
Current Wisconsin licensure or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years in pediatrics
Experience in outpatient pediatric therapy
Feed and swallowing experience
