For our site in Esenyurt, Istanbul we are looking for you as R&D Application Engineer
These challenges await you:
Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with customers across R&D, production, and engineering functions.
Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, ensuring effective communication and support throughout project lifecycles.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals aligned with customer requirements and company capabilities.
Apply and support product configurations, including documentation, system structures, and technical specifications across mechanical and electrical components.
Continuously develop technical expertise in products, systems, and industry advancements to support innovative solutions.
Conduct and participate in customer visits, plant meetings, and technical discussions to strengthen collaboration and identify new opportunities.
Support ongoing production activities, quality issue resolution, and the stability of serial production processes.
Plan and manage individual tasks and priorities in alignment with business objectives and cross-functional inputs.
Initiate, prepare, and lead technical projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and prioritization based on capacity and business needs.
Present and discuss new product concepts with customer technical teams, supporting development and alignment.
Manage and maintain accurate technical data, including customer-specific configurations and documentation.
Oversee product lifecycle activities, including updates, modifications, and phase-out of variants.
Contribute to market and competitor analysis to support strategic product development and positioning.
Support the design and integration of system components, including electrical and control systems.
Ensure technical compliance with relevant standards and requirements, particularly for high-voltage systems.
Lead the implementation and integration of control systems and software at customer sites.
Provide structured feedback and requirements from customers to internal R&D teams to support continuous improvement.
Prepare and deliver regular internal reports on project status, customer activities, and technical developments.
You inspire with us that:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Proven experience in R&D, application engineering, or technical project management
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical components, and product integration
Experience working with OEM customers and industrial environments
Knowledge of technical documentation, system design, and product lifecycle management
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical stakeholders
Willingness to travel for customer visits and plant meetings
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in engineering tools and MS Office applications
