The Role
This position holder is responsible for
  • Leading implementation of B2B marketing strategy in APAC
  • Driving customer engagement and events across the region
  • Developing and executing campaigns to generate leads and grow awareness of ADM Pet Nutrition Pantry
  • Identifying key trends, opportunities, and challenges within pet nutrition industry to recommend innovative strategies
  • Managing B2B marketing budget with efficiency and ROI tracking

Your Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Supports the development of B2B marketing strategy for the region, aligned with global business goals and regional market dynamics.
  • Leads execution of ADM Pet Nutrition’s marketing strategy and vision
  • Implements product innovation pipeline (I2L)
  • Monitors and reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Customer Engagement & Events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers and stakeholders
  • Leads tradeshow planning and execution while tracking budget and ROI
  • Assists the sales team with customer engagements and lead management
  • Creates high-impact presentations for current and potential customers
  • Develops lead engagement strategies
Campaign Development & Execution
  • Leverage digital marketing channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) to maximize reach and impact.
  • Create compelling content and materials, including brochures, presentations, white papers, case studies, and digital assets while maintaining ADM brand integrity
  • Connects with cross-functional teams to source information for new materials
Market Research & Insights
  • Supports the scientific team with market insights
  • Sources market and consumer data for use in case studies and trend reports
  • Identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges within the pet nutrition industry to inform marketing priorities.
Budget Management
  • Manage the marketing budget for the APAC region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking

Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Pet nutrition/ingredients is preferred. Human or animal nutrition is also acceptable.
  • Experience working with an Asia regional team (beyond China) is important.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative mindset
  • Experience in tradeshow management and execution is required
  • Prior experience managing marketing budget independently is necessary
  • Availability to travel within China and the APAC region as needed
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation is a strong plus
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team
