Job Description
The Lot Attendant/RV Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe moving and transport of the Company’s and customer’s recreational vehicles and other equipment both on property and occasionally over the road. 

ScheduleMonday - Friday, Saturdays as needed
Pay$23 - $26/hour based on experience

Job Duties:

  • Operating a forklift or tractor, transport recreational vehicles on and around Alpin Haus parking lots, and to customer homes, campgrounds, or other locations 
  • Park and/or move vehicles/boats to maximize use of space and maintain lots in good order 
  • Keep parking areas clean 
  • Catalog, store, and ensure safekeeping of all keys to units 
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for maintenance; protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration 
  • Perform light indoor and outdoor facility maintenance, such as cleaning floors and bathrooms, trash collection and disposal, snow plowing and shoveling, mowing, and painting
  • Record and report description of any external damage discovered to units
  • Conduct errand runs for dealership as required 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma 
  • 1 year experience using a forklift or tractor to pull recreational vehicles and/or boat trailers 
  • Driver’s license, clear of major infractions, and subject to approval from the insurance company

  • Experience in following written guidelines to perform job functions 

Physical and Environmental Conditions 

  • Talking and hearing, walking and sitting, using hands to grasp, pushing, pulling, climbing, crouching, and reaching with arms/hands, are required. 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 20 pounds frequently, to move objects. 
  • Exposure to adverse environmental conditions; work is usually performed outside in all types of weather.
