We’re Hiring: Onboarding Specialist

Industry: Autism & Developmental Disabilities Therapy Services

Location: On-site Guatemala City – Zona 16, Cayala

We are a U.S.-based company dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Guatemala.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional who can manage onboarding processes efficiently while delivering a positive and structured experience for new hires. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, and a service-oriented mindset. Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or familiarity with compliance-driven processes is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing clear instructions and timely support throughout the onboarding process
  • Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure readiness for new employees (equipment, system access, schedules)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable U.S. employment requirements
  • Identify delays or issues in onboarding and proactively resolve them to ensure smooth start date

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment coordination, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with U.S. hiring processes or documentation requirements (preferred, not required)
  • English Proficiency (90%)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
