  • Assign tasks, coordinate briefs, and ensure internal deadlines are met
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for project status inquiries
  • Proactively follow up on blockers and escalate risks to the Director of Marketplaces
  • Maintain templates, trackers, and documentation for consistency across teams

  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with PM tools like Asana or Monday.com
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $70,000-$80,000/year + variable compensation
  • Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
  • Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance
  • 401k with company contribution
  • Beautiful downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass)
  • Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth

What to Expect:

  • 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
  • 2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
  • 3rd Round: Audit + Presentation
  • 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team
