Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using Ford diagnostic equipment
Test-drive vehicles and inspect systems to confirm accurate diagnosis
Repair and service engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking systems, HVAC, and electrical systems
Complete warranty repairs according to Ford factory standards and specifications
Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors
Accurately document labor operations and repair details
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications
Relocation / Ability to work in Odessa, TX
4+ years of Automotive Service Technician experience preferred
Ford Certifications strongly preferred (Ford Master, Senior Master, or Certified Technician)
Previous Ford dealership experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and scan equipment
Ability to interpret repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical bulletins
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship quality
Basic computer skills for repair order documentation
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
