  • Strategische Planung und Steuerung der Verfügbarkeit aller Gebinde (Assets) innerhalb der Elektronikgase‑Produktion sowie des LEL‑Flaschengeschäfts zur Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten und regelkonformen Versorgung
  • Erstellung von Bedarfs‑ und Verfügbarkeitsplanungen für Behälter nach Typ und Konfiguration unter Berücksichtigung von Verbrauchsdaten, Forecasts und Produktionsanforderungen
  • Planung, Überwachung und Analyse relevanter Behälter‑KPIs (z. B. Verfügbarkeit, Umlaufzeiten, Auslastung) als Entscheidungsgrundlage für operative und strategische Maßnahmen
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Entleerungs‑ und Umlaufzyklen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten, wirtschaftlichen und regelkonformen Behälternutzung
  • Identifikation von Beständen, Engpässen und Trends sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Planungs‑ und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Verantwortung für die bedarfsgerechte Beschaffung von Gebinden und Ventilen inklusive der Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung fundierter Business Cases
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Supply Chain, Produktmanagement sowie weiteren internen und externen Schnittstellen im Rahmen der übergreifenden Planungsprozesse
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei strategischen Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung des Behälterportfolios sowie der langfristigen Asset‑ und Investitionsstrategie
  • Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung relevanter Planungs‑ und Auswertungstools sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Entscheidungs‑ und Managementreports



Die Formel für Ihren Erfolg


  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftlich‑technisches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Produktionstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation  
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Planung, Asset‑Planung, Produktions‑ oder Kapazitätsplanung, idealerweise in einem industriellen und regulierten Umfeld  
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs, Forecasts, Umlauf‑ und Verfügbarkeitsanalysen sowie in der Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen  
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Bewertung und Präsentation von Business Cases und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management  
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter IT‑ und Planungssysteme (z. B. ERP‑Systeme wie SAP, Excel, BI‑Tools)  
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären und internationalen Schnittstellen von Vorteil  
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
