Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance programmes to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters and best practices.
• Monitor changes in legislation and update policies accordingly.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within a healthcare or counselling setting.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in compliance or risk management are advantageous.
