Your Role:
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure meals are prepared safely, timely, and with attention to taste and presentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all sanitation and infection control standards
- Collaborate with dietary staff to meet residents’ preferences and special diets
- Accurately follow recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary restrictions
- Monitor food temperatures and document according to regulatory standards
- Assist with inventory, food storage, and receiving deliveries
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of dietary operations
Who We’re Looking For:
- Prior cooking experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or institutional setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and special dietary needs
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A caring and respectful team player committed to quality service
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
