Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Night Shift (Full-Time)


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a full-time night shift basis. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

- Monitor patient health status and record observations accurately

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities

- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid RN or LPN license in good standing

- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety
