A Project Manager Intern supports the Project Manager (PM) in the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects.

Who you are…

Support PM in maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules.

Organizing, attending, and participating in project meetings

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings

Ensuring project deadlines are met

Determining project changes

Providing administrative support as needed

Undertaking project tasks as required

Support in developing project strategies

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable

Food and beverage experience preferred

Understanding of various project management/process mapping methodologies

Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

Organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

Competency in Microsoft Suite

Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures

Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
