Role & Responsibilities
- Lead account/program core team to drive on time launch from design to production
- Accountable for customer platform success and generation to generation improvements
- Lead internal and customer engineering operational reviews and project manage any follow-up or outcomes
- Prepare and deliver project status updates and reviews to key internal stakeholders
- Understand customer product and technologies roadmap as well as customer needs
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement into approved engineering support process and procedures
Requirements
- BA or above in Engineering (EE, Computer Science)
- Industry experience and program management experience in high tech industry
- Familiar with x86 system architecture, product development life cycle
- Good communication, presentation and leadership skills; with ability to lead technical discussions in English & Chinese
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior technical and business leaders
- Time management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in horizontal leadership. Agile and adaptable to changing business requirements
- Experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment and ability to travel as needed
- Excellent communication and evangelizing skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive team results
- Ability to up level status or “asks” to executive management
- Team player with passion to dig in and to do whatever it takes for business success
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
