Job Description

This position leads the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work of the distribution center.

This will be a 1st shift Supervisor role that will manage a Team of 12 Distribution Technicians.


Essential Duties:
• Primary cross-functional communication source, assist team to solve issues, and ensuring complete flow of information
• Responsible for the performance of a team and/or shift; manage and review PWO, training, coaching, mentoring and development, equipment sign off progress, and performance issues
• Provide Leadership support; communicate on production schedule changes and updates
• Ensures complete and accurate records are maintained
• Ensures safety and operational policies and procedures are followed
• Other projects and duties as assigned


Education/ Experience/Skills:
• 2-4 years warehouse and inventory experience; Previous leadership or leading people as a shift lead, desirable
• Excellent communication, documentation and writing skills
• Basic math skills
• Competent personal computer skills (Word, Excel, Warehouse management software-Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Ability to work in cold temperatures, the Distribution Center is a refrigerated (42° - 45° Fahrenheit) and ambient temperature warehouse


Percent of Travel: 0-10%

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

 

Starting Hourly Rate: $55,000-$65,000
