Job Description

Workload: 80–100% | Baden
Fixed-term for 6 months

What you will do

  • Manage Generative AI communities on various platforms to engage employees.

  • Gain expertise in Axpo’s GenAI products (e.g., AxpoGPT, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).

  • Stay updated on AI capabilities and align them with employee needs and business opportunities.

  • Support the implementation of the GenAI Competence Center roadmap.

  • Create educational materials, deliver training sessions, and lead workshops.

  • Track adoption metrics and contribute to measuring success.

What you bring & who you are

  • Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong public speaking skills and confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for technology.

  • Good understanding of AI technology (deep technical knowledge not required).

  • Ideally, skills in content creation (e.g., video editing).
