The customer service attendant (CSA) has direct contact with customers tending to vehicles on the wash line and providing exemplary service. Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions and explaining the wash options available.

Summary:
Provides friendly, fast service at the pay stations, helping customers choose wash packages and promoting memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with wash selection
• Promote unlimited wash memberships
• Troubleshoot pay station issues and guide customers
• Ensure smooth traffic flow into the tunnel
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve minor concerns
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at kiosks

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with the public
• Experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer outreach
• Comfortable working both in the field and on-site at car wash locations
• Organized, self-motivated, results-driven

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Prior experience in retail, car wash, automotive services, gyms, or membership-based sales
