The Opportunity

RCG, as the Prime Contractor supporting our valued federal customer, is seeking an experienced Senior Developer (OmniStudio) to join our team. This role will directly support a Grants Management Program, developing secure and scalable Salesforce OmniStudio solutions that streamline mission-critical grant processes and align with federal IT and cybersecurity standards.

This position is hybrid, with periodic on-site presence required in Washington, DC, and offers a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values initiative, integrity, and innovation.

What You�ll Do

  • Lead the design, configuration, and development of Salesforce OmniStudio applications, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

  • Build and enhance automated workflows and integrations using Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet federal compliance and performance standards.

  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and security.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage user stories, and coordinate with development, testing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Support CI/CD implementation, version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps), and automated testing.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the project team.

What We�re Looking For

  • Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of professional development experience, including 3+ years specifically in Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity).

  • Hands-on experience with FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and custom development using Apex, LWC, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Expertise with Salesforce APIs, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Agile delivery methods.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Salesforce OmniStudio Developer and Platform Developer I/II certifications.

  • Experience supporting federal government IT programs, ideally within the Department of Commerce or similar agencies.

  • Familiarity with NIST RMF, FedRAMP, and Section 508 compliance requirements.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, or ServiceNow.

  • Knowledge of federal security and accessibility standards.
