Senior Clinical Recruiter (West Region)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Remote with travel as needed for recruitment events
Salary Range: $85,000-100,000 per annum
Reports To: Vice President of Talent Acquisition
Position Summary:
As the Senior Clinical Recruiter, you will oversee the recruitment initiatives for all clinical roles including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists (licensed and associate), TMS technicians, medical assistants, and related roles across the platform. This involves screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the partner practices, as well as developing and maintaining an active candidate pipeline.

Position Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Owns the full cycle recruitment for all clinical positions from sourcing to closing offers. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless transitions for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to find and attract qualified clinical professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and therapists. Champion inclusive hiring practices to ensure diverse representation across all clinical teams
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and practice partners. Effectively maintain relationships with leads to enhance talent pipelines.
- Reporting: Provide timely reporting to supervisor and relevant leadership teams on KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Alongside the VP of Talent Acquisition, identify and improve the recruiting process to provide increased efficiency and quality recruitment processes.
- Job Description Development: Work alongside hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Candidate Engagement: Promote the practices branding within the clinical community, through social media networks, and at industry events and career fairs.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare (psychology, social work, or related field) or human resources field
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating clinical candidates.
- Proficiency with Paylocity or similar ATS
- Strong communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Position Conditions
- Remote position, with standard hours between 9am–5pm EST.
- Occasional travel to recruitment or networking events.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
