About the Role

Empower U Outpatient Services is seeking licensed clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy through a flexible, clinician-centered model. This role is hybrid- telehealth and in person at our Hazlet office.

We are building a modern outpatient practice designed to give therapists autonomy, flexibility, and strong clinical support without the administrative burden of private practice.

Position Details

• Start with 8–12 hours per week, with opportunity to grow

• Fully flexible scheduling, you choose your availability (please note that majority of clients are requesting afternoon/evening hours)

• Telehealth-first, with optional in-person sessions in Hazlet

• We provide referrals, billing, clinical supervision and administrative support

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or couples therapy (telehealth and/or in-person)

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

• Collaborate with our team as needed to support client outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: LAC or LSW in New Jersey

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

• Demonstrated use of evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or similar

• Comfortable providing telehealth services

• Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults
