Description
Position Summary
This position reports to the Manager, Sales Support and includes clerical and administrative duties to help support sales acquisition and management efforts. You will have a direct impact on accounts, build relationships and understand the needs of the customer to provide total satisfaction with customers, freeing up Account Executives to spend more time in the field. This position will also be the liaison between the Account Executives and other functional teams, such as Leasing, Order Coordination, Accounting, Finance, Logistics and Billing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Prepares sales proposals, quotations and cost analyses
- Prepares quarterly reviews
- Assists with research for customer deals such as requesting lease buyouts and obtaining return authorizations
- Works with other functional teams to complete customer required documentation such as new vendor forms, tax and banking information, etc.
- Acts as first tier of communication for customer requests directed to Account Executives such as issues with service calls, supply orders, billing, etc.
- Completes and audits deal paperwork prior to submission to Sales Finance
- Ensures new customers and devices are set up for FM Audit auto-ship/auto-meter
- Augments customer relationship building
- Takes action to resolve and respond to all issues in a timely manner via phone and email.
- Assists Account Executives with on-site account assessments at customer locations.

•Communicate and interact easily with team members of all organizational levels
- Follow the policies and procedures set forth by Local Management and FTG
- Intermediate computer knowledge* MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of eAutomate
- Must be available to work between 7a-5p Monday-Friday, Pacific Standard Time
- Must be able to travel overnight, drive long distances and travel via airplane
- Have the ability to travel 25% of the time
