Shady Hollow Country Club is seeking experienced line cooks for the main kitchen and pool café.

Position reports to – Executive Chef, Ex. Sous Chef, and Sous chef
Principle Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations
• Clock in and out in uniform, ready to work at all times while ON-the clock
• Cook food to recipe or chef’s requirements, with the upmost quality of product, temperature, doneness, and plate presentation.
• Cook food in a timely manner: Lunch 10-15 minutes Dinner 20-25 minutes
• Set up your station with food prep, utensils, towels, and any other items needed for your station
• You will be required to prepare food for banquets and ala carte
• Prep food items according to the prep list, and banquet sheets
• Help put deliveries away as required and in the proper places.
• Clean your station as you work, keep a clean and organized station.
• Clean and stock your station at the end of your shift.
• Work on general cleaning projects as directed by the Executive and Sous chefs.
• Help-out on other stations including dish washer, prep, pantry, grill, and sauté.
• You will be required to wash dishes at some shifts when needed
• Work in a friendly and positive manner always.
• Tell someone if you need to leave the kitchen
• You will be expected to do other things when asked outside of your normal realm of work.
