Job Description

The pay range for this position is $20-$23.1990 per hour.

$2,000 sign-on bonus

Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay!

Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
  • A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
  • A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.
