Executive - Seafarer Recruitment

 

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES  

 

  • Manage the recruitment process and crew database.

  • Prepare a monthly review/report for the Business Units crew recruitment. 

  • Maintain and frequently review and revise the crew database to guarantee the accurate storage and organization of candidates. 

  • Liaise with the Finance team to generate appropriate invoices for successful placements. 

  • Prepare reports and presentations on seafarer recruitment by gathering and analyzing relevant data. 

  • Perform a comprehensive annual review of operational procedures, analyzing each step to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. 

 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION 

  • 6 Credit passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English. 

  • A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination. 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent professional qualification in Business Management or Human Resources.  

  • Conversant in Maritime Labour Convention, and in particular the “Seafarer Recruitment and Placement” section. 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar function.  

  • Effective communication skills & presentation skills.
