Executive - Seafarer Recruitment
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the recruitment process and crew database.
Prepare a monthly review/report for the Business Units crew recruitment.
Maintain and frequently review and revise the crew database to guarantee the accurate storage and organization of candidates.
Liaise with the Finance team to generate appropriate invoices for successful placements.
Prepare reports and presentations on seafarer recruitment by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
Perform a comprehensive annual review of operational procedures, analyzing each step to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
6 Credit passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English.
A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent professional qualification in Business Management or Human Resources.
Conversant in Maritime Labour Convention, and in particular the “Seafarer Recruitment and Placement” section.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar function.
Effective communication skills & presentation skills.
