In this role, you will spearhead clinical early career recruitment initiatives and serve as a key driver in building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline.

You will develop and maintain relationships with dental schools, lead on-campus and off-campus engagement efforts, and create meaningful connections with students and early-career professionals. Leveraging CRM tools and innovative outreach strategies, you’ll help cultivate and convert top talent while enhancing the overall candidate experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with Talent Attraction team members to design and execute an annual events strategy that maximizes early career recruiting impact.

This role requires up to 40% travel and is best suited for candidates based in Minnesota or Wisconsin, as it supports these markets and involves frequent in-person engagement with universities and partners. When not traveling, this position will work remotely from a home office.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Lead efforts to create and maintain a strong pipeline of dental candidates by cultivating relationships with schools and students. Ensure pipeline growth and accurate tagging/notation in our CRM. Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide insights and set realistic expectations with hiring managers. Leverage historical data, current openings, forecasted hires, and market trends to build a talent attraction strategy that will maximize ROI.
  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for early career candidates, presenting Smile Brands’ value proposition, screening, qualifying, and then introducing talent to the Talent Acquisition Partner team.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Smile Brands positively at all recruitment events and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to align early career talent attraction efforts with business needs.
