The Person:
We're seeking a driven and positive Sales Representative to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, strong networking abilities, and a commitment to building meaningful client relationships. The ideal candidate is not only motivated to exceed sales targets but also aligns with our core values.
A Day in the Life of the Sales Representative:
- Conduct daily market research to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams alike
- Regularly report on sales progress and strategy adjustments to senior leadership
- Work closely with project managers to ensure the smooth execution of client projects
- Attend industry events to stay current on trends and make valuable connections

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong networking and lead generation skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proven experience in business development or sales in a related industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with sales and CRM software is a plus
