Front Desk Coordinator (Anchor Role) — Patient Experience

SUVARNA is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the anchor of our patient experience.
This is not a traditional receptionist role. You are the first and last impression of a refined, nervous system–focused care environment.
We are a multidisciplinary practice blending chiropractic, acupuncture, and bodywork to help patients get back to balance. Your role is to ensure every interaction feels calm, seamless, and elevated.
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 2:30 - 7:00
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient flow
- Communicate clearly about services, care plans, and next steps
- Maintain an organized, calm, and elevated front desk environment
- Coordinate with providers to ensure a seamless daily flow
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Polished, professional presence
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, or healthcare preferred
