    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Possess a New Jersey DOE Certificate � Teacher of Spanish.
    2. Experience teaching all levels of Spanish at the high school level.
    3. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
    4. Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Program and curricula.
    5. Demonstrated ability to develop students' communicative skills, fluency and accuracy in the target language.
    6. Capable of working with highly motivated students.
    7. Master's Degree � preferred.
    8. Native speaker level of fluency - preferred.
    9. New Jersey residency required within one (1) year from date of hire.
