What will you be doing as a Senior Accountant GL& Reporting
The Senior Accountant GL& Reporting is responsible for performing accounting & reporting related activities for General Ledger, US GAAP Management Reporting, which services global operations for Bunge Group.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and submitting monthly US GAAP Financial Statements.
- Generating and submitting quarterly SEC and SFAS reports.
- Performing monthly analysis and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Conducting monthly variance analysis for Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations and preparing documentation for SOX Controls.
- Providing detailed explanations to the E&A consolidation team on US GAAP financial statements, SEC, and SFAS packs.
What you can bring to the role:
- Academy of Economic Studies Graduation or equivalent experience in Finance
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Strong written & oral communications skills in Romanian and English
- Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre setup - a distinct advantage
